I'd put money on it being Bruce, especially from another of the covers which has BH holding a skull with "Bat ears" on it. Plus...who else would be "connected to everything" if not Batman?

But yeah...Batman does have some sort of connection to basically everyone that has died. Maybe he will be some sort of linchpin for the BLs or something.
