Well, I liked it over all.
Sinestro's taunting was great, especially when he says "The guardians discharged you for disobedience and I suspect all around attitude imperfections."
Of course, that (and other claims like Hal only gives empty threats) isn't strictly true.

Hal needs to chill the fuck out, because running off half-cocked all the time is going to really fuck things up for him.

Sinestro had great lines this issue, and not just saving everyone but undoing all the damage to the bridge was great.

Nice issue, I thought Hal was being a dick toward Sinestro, not like he wants to ring! Plus he helped you defeat Krona. I had no idea that Johns would take this direction with Hal and Sinestro but I really like whats going on. Only problem I had with the issue was that it was a really fast read.

To be fair, Sinestro IS kind of evil. Unless all his misdeeds have been retconned away, he has a history black enough that being a dick to him is pretty excusable, IMHO.
