But Bryan Singer hasn't made a great movie since Usual Suspects...

I enjoyed DoFP but it ranks pretty low on the superhero favorites list. That movie completely falls apart towards the end.

Same here. I don't have high hopes for Apocalypse. I mean, there were a bunch of shots in the trailer that look like they were filmed against a green screen.

I'm hoping when the MCU goes into Phase IV, Marvel Studio and Fox and reach a deal like Marvel did with Sony and bring the X-Men into the MCU, as by that time, the X-Men could use a reboot.

The X could use a reboot, but I believe the Fantastic Four would open up a lot more possibilities. And c'mon, getting the F4 back in time for phase IV would be perfect timing. They need the love, and I need new F4 comics back in my life. One of the only Marvel titles I've read in the last decade or so was Hickman and Eaglesham's run on F4 and it was incredible....

Agreed, it would be perfect timing if the Fantastic Four became part of the MCU in Phase 4. I'm sure it would be awesome as Marvel would have access to Dr. Doom, Galactus, the Skrulls and so on. Plus, with the F4 in the MCU, the Inhumans proper could be spun out.

Marvel Studios better have the rights to F4 by Phase IV. It would be interesting if the fallout of the Infinity War creates a cosmic explosion which creates Marvel's first family.
