Not sure I'm following GLJIMT there. Everything we've seen seems to point to there being mass, mass resurrections (and primarily, possibly solely on Earth by the swirl of what appears to be hundreds/thousands of rings headed to Earth in GL #25), the resurrectees getting rings and being puppeted to some degree on whatever force is behind the Black Lanterns.

we have all wondered this. Dead heroes coming back with powerrings would definately make the story more interesting. It would take the crueler Sinestro corps members to finally start killing the Black lanterns. And I think the narration says across the universe the dead blah blah blah...
