lol I had the Toybiz DC Superheroes Superman. the day I got the black bag Death of Superman comic the figure fell off my desk and just blew apart when he hit the floor

I just bought the Justice Armored Hal

One of his shoulder pad things is missing, no it did not fall off, it is just not there I checked in the box , I checked on the floor where I opened it, the damn thing just simply is not there

Never had an accident per say with pieces falling out. Just that my DC Direct First Appearance Batgirl's ears are so sharp it cut into the cushion of my pillow.

I was cleaning my desk and was placing it on the pillow when it slipped out o my fingers and went head first onto the pillow. Darn thing cut a nice little mark into it.

I had the some problem but found it on the floor it fell when i got it. but its a great figure I also just got the series 3 hal jordan and that one is very solid

Call DcD and see if they can ship you the missing pad or get something to fill in and paint over the spot and take the other pad off it would look good either way.

Shocking news regarding my Justice Armored Hal

I called DC asked for DCD was transfered to a Steve's voice mail

I left a message letting them know that I was a big collector of DCD and I had this figure which came missing a piece. I stated that if it had broken I would just fix it but as the figure is completely missing the piece I was hoping DCD would make this right for me as I am a valued customer

Well about two hours later Steve called me back and he is shipping me a new figure I asked if he wanted me to ship the busted one back and he says no just keep it

Steve has my address and I am eagerly awaiting my new DCD Justice Armored Hal Jordan Fig!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Now anyone have any ideas on what to use the busted fig for?
