    • Yea I carry alot of that too. Need to figure out smoke too....im sure I'll find some stoner con goers
I LOVE conspiracy theorists. They are like human versions of the cymbal clapping, dancing monkeys. No one takes them all that seriously and they get bored with them after about 10 minutes.

A must for me and my buddies when we go is a restaurant named Dicks Last Resort. Unlike of places where they are over the top nice to you, this place is the complete opposite. Lets just say that the name fits they way they treat you like a bunch of dicks. If you do end up going let me know what you think.

See sylent you have way more patience then I do. I could never do the cos play thing. Even when my buddy wants to take pictures with the Hot chicks I'm still very impatient. (ie here , it might look like I'm checking her out, what I'm really doing is wondering when she is going to be done so my buddy can take a pic with her)

I feel you we usually carry our back up hygiene stuff in the car downstairs ( we get up early enough to park downstairs) and run down if we need to reapply.

There is a Ralphs about three blocks away from the convention center. We always go there when our booze runs out.

Yeah, that was a rookie mistake I made last year. A Green Lantern costume and a backpack don't go well together. Though it did me the small mercy of hiding my fat ass, so there's that.

                  • guys, if true blood holds another open bar event we should meet up there. they had three venues and went three nights strong with two places simultaneously the first two nights and one monster bash the final one.

come on; free food & free booze. where is the loss there?

I definitely think we should arrange a meetup. Last year's rushed get-together idea of meeting outside the auditorium after First Flight didn't really work, seeing that I didn't know what anyone looked like. We should think of a specific time and place for a meet-and-greet.

This place is fun especially during comic con week. Like AL said they're complete dicks. For example If they see you with a SDCC badge they'll take your order like "What do you want nerd?" and also do other stuff to you. If you are easily offended this is not the place for you because the theme of the restaurant is "bad" service.
This places serves wings, burgers, ribs, beer ,etc. They have good wings at this place. .

Ha ha! We went to this place in Vegas. When you ask for Ketchup, they throw it onto the table and the waitresses are intentionally rude.

Cosplay is great, dude! Don't knock it until you've tried it. There is nothing more exhilarating than a hot chick wanting to take a photo with you... and then hugging the hell out of you. With me being an egomaniac, I almost live for the attention. The only thing that kind of sucks is if you buy something, you have to set it down when you take pics with people. If your item is something highly sought after like the SDCC GL's, you're paranoid about setting it down.

Bums and junkies, its downtown so they "live" there. They like to hang around the parking lots and trolley/bus stops. Those places are breeding grounds for scum, harrassing innocents..........um...

Also there are a buncha assholes at SDCC who think they are hard just because its comic con. Nothing a good stare down won't fix.
