Anyone ever play Godzilla Save the Earth? Far from the best fighting game out there, but it is still fun to destroy the cities. I have the original Xbox version. FOund it cheap when Media Play went out of business. They use the sound effects from the movies (I think).

yeah, but for the PS2, haven't really played it in a long time though (story of my life with most of my games )

Just got back from a local Hastings (one of the very few stores that carry comic books around here) and it wasn't there. Looks like I'm going to have to order this one online.

Godzilla toy Gigan makes list of top 10 least safe toys this year.

It's probably sad that this news release made me want one even though I'm not a Gigan fan.
Seriously though, I've seen the Godzilla toys in Toys R Us and the market them under collectibles instead of children's toys.

When I was little I hated this movie because I was such a fan of the 33 original Kong. Now, I just had to make my self watch it as kaiju, not a KK movie, which makes it more fun. In fact, there's several nods to the 33 movie.

Hey it was made in a time when King Kong was more popular (and thus viewed as a hero). While Godzilla was still seen as a full-on villain.

This might be the best Godzilla comic from IDW yet. I was very pleased to see them start off with one of my top five favorite kaiju. The story was fun and included Anguirus, Destoroyah and a little of the G man.

Sometimes the Millenium series gets flack from G fans, but I like them and this one. It could've had more rumbles, but the action and effects were good and they were thoughtful (harkening back to Honda's days).
