Yes, you are the only one. However, some non-Star Wars nerds thinks she's as recast of Rey (Daisy Ridley). My wife thought Rogue One was a follow up to The Force Awakens.

I can see non fans being confused. A new movie, starring a female lead with dark brown hair in a pony tail. If Star Wars wasn't your thing, I could see why people would have the wrong idea of what this is.

Though everything seems to have a dark haired female lead nowadays, so it's par for the course.
