I would choose flight. If I want to know what somebody is thinking, I ask. If they choose not to tell me, I've got no right to steal it from their mind.

Ditto. There could be great applications to mind reading (preventing terrorism and such), but I'd never feel right doing it.
Flying would be great. Pluse I hate driving, so it would be extra useful.
I'd probably choose flight as it's something I've longed for since I was a lad, but it would depend on how skilled I am, or if I could learn to increase my skill level with practice. If it's like the Greatest American Hero where I'm constantly crashing into stuff and hurting myself, I'd have to think long and hard about it. Also, am I invulnerable in-flight like Cannonball? How fast can I fly? Can I breathe at top speed?
With the mind reading, it would depend on if I could chose to NOT read minds or mentally turn the power off.
Day 25: Would you rather get a dream vacation for two weeks or spend a week with anyone in the world?
Definitely spending a week with anyone. Personally, I'd pick my sister (even though we talk every day anyway).
Day 26: Would you rather fly or read minds?
Definitely flight. If I could fly, I would be able to escape troubles in my life, among other things. Reading minds seems too intrusive to me. Plus being who I am, being able to read minds would really fuck with my head.
Day 27: Would you rather have more time or money?
More money, in a heartbeat. I'd be able to do so much if I had more money.

It kind of depends on what they mean by more time. Do I live longer? If so, how much longer? Do I live just as long, but get more time with my family? That's tempting, especially since it doesn't say I get LESS money. In order to get the SAME amount of money and spend more time with my family I need to be making a higher hourly wage, anyway, since a lot of my money comes from overtime (I've worked about 50 hours already in four days this week). I think I could live with that...
