The last one actually represents my view on life.

      • Yo.

Day 28: Would you rather have a rewind button in your life or a pause button in your life?

the 1st, as it allows U to do more

I was going to say rewind, but come to think of it, since it doesn't say fast forward, that means you have to relive that bit even if you just wanted a few seconds to think. I'm going to go with pause. You could just walk around and do whatever with no one to bother you. Even if you got mugged or in a fight you could pause and be a mile away when you hit play. And I won't even mention all the potential wicked things that could be done (e.g., it would be even easier to rob a bank with pause than rewind).

          • Definitely pause. There's a lot of stuff I'd like to do but just don't have the time.

Though if rewind let me win the lottery every time (that's an interesting question. How many times could the same person win the lottery before they called foul, even if they couldn't figure out how you were doing it?), I suppose I could get more time that way, without needing a pause.

            • I'd rather have a rewind button for sure, so I could have lived a better life.

Yeah, but say the event you want to change is 5 years ago. Then you have to live the rest of those five years again. In your case, you'd have to graduate again. You could try to skip some of those things, but then they wouldn't count.

But a pause button.....that would be practically useless as by the time you realise you want to use it, the moment's probably not gonna be as good again, plus my single moments are never that good.

And my grades weren't exactly amazing anyway, so I could just go and work on them more, and I'd try to get friendly with the girl of my dreams before it was too late.

                  • I think a better question would have been "would you rather have a rewind button or a fast forward button" though. I'd choose fast forward probably, until a good part comes up.

Well, if you wanted to be naughty, you could pause while you're in a bank, walk out with bags of money and go over to the locker rooms of the Sweedish volley ball team.

Not that I would be that naughty...

But you're probably right. If you picked pause and a year from now you get shot, you'd be like "darn, I wish I picked rewind."

                      • Driving would be so much nicer if I hit pause every time I got in the car. Even if there was traffic, I'd be able to just drive up the shoulder, and if there was no traffic, I could drive as fast as I wanted...and I wouldn't have to leave until right before I was supposed to get somewhere.

                        • Sorry I haven't been around to finish these last ones off, but my internet fucked up, so I have to update them from home.

Anyway, definitely a pause Button for me.
