I want Talia Al Ghul and Deadshot.
That would be one of the coolest CBM's to-date.

I just don't like the character.

I think Deadshot could be done well. I guess I'd like to see him in it the most.

Aside from Robin (who Nolan has said he isn't interested in using in his films) Catwoman is really the last of the core Batman cast of Batman's formative years to be adapted for Nolan's film series. And she's the last remaining character who's casting could generate as much excitement as Batman himself in Batman Begins and The Joker in The Dark Knight. I'm not even the biggest fan of Catwoman, but objectively speaking, I'd suggest she's a must for this film.

But I'd see her more as a foil/love interest than an outright villain, so that still leaves the question of who to include as the bad guy.
I'd rather just have a passing mention of a Selina Kyle Pet Shop or a newspaper headline in the street that references cat-burglar. I really don't want to see her.

Agreed. Depending on what they do with the franchise after 3, it would be cool to see her in a later film but I think they should use sequels to show characters never seen in movies.

I hope after 3 they make more, with different actors in the roles if needed. I guess I'm saying 3 should have Dick becoming Robin for the climax and then 4 should have the Dynamic Duo about 4 years later, then like another 4 year gap and he's just become Nightwing in 5, and for a 6th, have it about a year later, right after Jason Todd's death and bring in Tim Drake as Robin. They could expand and do Teen Titans after Batman 3, with JL based before it, a Nightwing movie after 5 and a Tim movie would definitely be sick, and I think it would have the best chance selling as a solo film if it's based on Tim, and the DCU movie universe could grow exponentially from there.

They could put in Huntress, Batgirl, Deathstroke, many many characters if they went that route. CBM's would rule the film industry.

I think The Riddler could be done in a great way if they cast it correctly. His mind games and riddle traps can be done in a very cynical and dark way. Normally he's very jokey about it but hell it would be great if that were the case imo.

I would love to see Eddie in the 3rd film I hate Bale so they'd have to bring in a villain I love in order for me to even get excited about the movie.

Unless I'm mistaken, I think Nolan made mention a while back that he had no intention of using a character that had already been used on the big screen, similar to what he did with Batman Begins... that would imply that the popular Riddler thought is quite simply a non-option, similarly it would spell the same fate for Catwoman, Poison Ivy, Mr. Freeze, the Penguin, and Bane, as well as dispelling rumors of the Scarecrow making a third appearance... I also believe he made mention of him wanting his third film rounding back to the first, which would seem to imply Talia's involvement in the third film's plot (of course such inferrence is purely conjecture at this point as he hasn't actually come out and said she'll be in it, but most people seem to think she's a safe bet given that comment).

All in all... you've got to think more outside the box than pointing a finger and claiming that its the Riddler's turn to menace Christian Bale.

I'm guessing I can safely say that you say that knowing that Joker was in the first Batman movie with Micheal Keaton as was Two-Face in Batman Forever with Val Kilmer...I believe you are mistaken.

He said this after TDK in reference to the third film.
