It was my fault I failed my probation period if i past it would have lead to permanent employment. Some of the mangers took me into the office and said that they can tell I've tired really hard but they don't think the role suits me as I was slow learning the procedures need for the job.

to be honest they where right I wasn't good at the job an nether did I enjoy it.

You're better off. It's a thankless, low paying job. I bet it sucked coming home covered in grease and smelling like Fries. You will find something better.
