i think i broke my foot in class tonight


i was going over my kata in kenpo tonight and one of the moves involved foot stomping. i apparently hit a spot on the mat wich made me go down hard

i cant put any pressure on it but i still stayed for class

im hoping its just a sprain because i am being tested next friday for my next belt
