Getting over on stores?

I was thinking about this today, I have done some stuff...not recently though.
When I was in my early teens I remember (not returning for a profit, but stealing)...I stole my very first shaving razor, batteries, action figures...what ever I could fit in my pocket! Bad, I know. Just thought I'd share.

I can honestly say I have never done this the closest I've done is if I find a variant cover at a book store I'll check the net for values and see if it's worth picking up for once price to make a profit off someone looking for that variant.
