The attention is what keeps him here. Regardless of being positive or negative, he craves it. I kind of look at this in a "Jaws" manner- "cut off the food supply and he will eventually move on." He takes action to get a reaction. Stop giving him reaction on every single level, whether it is in this thread or any other, he will realize that the gig is up.
