Yo.ya know, U could just do the "R2D2 conversation" -deal where Ch'p makes squirrel noises and everybody else just responds like they comprehended it..........Tazer

Not to completely dork out on you but when Luke held a conversation with R2D2 in Empire, he was reading R2's messages off a screen in his X-wing. Without the screen, he had no idea what R2 was saying as evidenced by C3PO translating for him (and others) in A New Hope.

That said, I did always enjoy those one-sided telephone conversations people have in movies where they give way more information than is natural, "No, Bob, I will not meet you at the store on 3rd street at 2 pm."

true, but that was due to him being in space & encapsulated by his cockpit; when they landed on Dagobah he talked to R2 a few times (and asked it direct Qs too) w/o looking at a monitor.......

so, was Luke purposefully having a 1-sided convo, or could he comprehend wat R2 was saying?? U be the judge. /shrug

I like it, but it seems like it should be darker in some way. The clear blue sky and the bright green trees don't really seem to reflect all the turmoil surrounding the Mosiac. Nice work nonetheless.
