Yes, he designed a Batgirl costume that DC used for Batwoman, and it was horribly idiotic.

High heels. Fighting crime in high fucking heels. Grrr...

            • Well the Batwoman costume won't look like that, so let's not dwell on the high heels. I heard the first two issues flow extremely well together...not that this is a Detective Comics thread. lol

Yes, the new, awesome Williams design won't.

Goodbye high heel and "idiot mask" sporting old design! And goodbye tan, lipstick lesbian Kate!

"Idiot mask" is a term I heard Joe Linsner use when talking about Black Cat's costume. The logic is that "only an idiot couldn't tell who was under that mask."

                • (Derailment)Yeah, its stuff like that which make me love Bruce's "dark talk" as Batman. And I have definitely lightened up to the short haired Kate..It makes sense, especially because she's got that bright red hair that EVERYONE in Gotham would recognize.

Would that be the Bale "dark talk"? Because if it is, I'm fine with it, too. They describe that detail in the comics, as a "Clint Eastwood voice."

Now, Bale doing that voice in Terminator? I'm not a fan of that.

And Bane better respect Batman after Bruce bent over backwards to help him find his dad, even giving him money to do so.
It was in the last few issues of Secret Six, where he gives Dick his blessing to be Batman/Protect Gotham. Bane's one of the few characters I could imagien becoming either the new Batman or a hero/anti-hero of similar caliber, Ra's Al Ghul has admitted he's the equal of Bruce Wayne in intellect and superior in physical ability, even without venom to help him

As for Kate Kane cutting her hair, I can think of a better reason: Long hair gets in the way in close quarters combat, and villains aren't above yanking her down by her hair if they need to

Huh?! Ra's Al Ghul...venom?! You are talking Bane right?

Yep. the Frank Miller voice of Batman.

Fuck that. If you're willing to jump off building after building you should be willing to be tackled by your hair. She wouldn't be the first long haired female...

I believe he was referring to what Ra's said about Bane.

Yes, although, I always think of it as the Kevin Conroy voice, as well.

But Conroy was a bit different since his normal "dark" voice was Batman, and he put on a voice for Wayne. A very nice tough that Bale couldn't do.
