I didn't read it but now I think I'm going to have to.

The trade is coming out in a month or two. I'd certainly check it out.

It's hindered a bit since most of what it's about was already covered, and in greater, better detail in Batman: RIP, but it's still a great, quick story.

Oh, and it's probably the best work of Andy Kubert's career.

Oooh, sweet! I'm not sure if I'll keep it because it has that horrible Batwoman costume in it, but nice job nonetheless.

I always loved the back and forth between Batman and the midget Batman in Superman/Batman #51.

            Bats: "Who are you?"
            Lil'Bats: "I'm Batman."
            Bats: "No you're not."
            Lil'Bats: "Yes, I am."
            Bats: "I'm Batman."
Lil'Bats: "Please. Make me laugh again."
            Bats: "Excuse me?"
            Lil'Bats: "I'm the goshdarn Batma--"
            Bats: "Be quiet."
Do good. Be well. Make happy.

Yeah, I heard that was great. Sadly, due to fiduciary troubles and such, I'm unable to purchase comics solely for entertainment.

I can get that on TV for free!

Will the second print have a 1 in 300 variant ???

I could see that selling out and leading up to a 3rd print...

( By the way.. anyone here actually pay for the 1 in 250 ??? )

                    Team Cyclops !!! ...Screw Wolverine.

Not me, I don't buy variants. Besides, the regular cover is so awesome, I didn't want anything different.

I think the 1 in 250 was the regular cover, in sketch form.

                        • Batman and Robin #1.

                          Wow.

That was incredible. probably the most fun I have had with a batman comic in the last few years.

                          I really enjoyed this issue.

The new villain is really scary and I know grant put a lot of thought in him so i can;t wait to see him further explored.

                          5 stars.
Back away, I will deal with this jedi scum myself.
you fool! I have being trained in your jedi arts by count dooku!

But what made it so awesome was the colors, so why would I pay $20 for a pencil drawing? Meh, variants imo are past their prime.

I am not shelling out fifteen pounds, the price of a average hardcover, to buy a single issue just because it's in pencils or it's got an unusual cover, I don't see the point. IMO you buy comics to read em, not to shove them away in a maylar bag to never be touched again

                              Also...

All Star = Ultimates ripoff four years too late to look cool or edgy or to not look like they stole Marvels idea
