well, maybe if there were actresses playing some of the female lanterns, i could answer that question. i've never had a crush on a drawing though. but wait a minute. wasn't there a movie like from the 1940s where a detective devloped a crush on a painting of a woman?

Also, just to keep the ball rolling, if you think of it, it's not much more "logical" to have a crush on a character that is portrayed by an actress. Sure, there's a real woman there but she isn't the character. So, if you for instance have a crush on Princess Leia, sure you may be physically attracted to 70s Carrie Fisher but all the character traits you like are fictional.

Anyone saying that you can't have a crush on someone unless you're sexually attracted to said person has a fucked up definition of the word "crush". Actually, there is a saying around that the one way you know you truly have a crush on a girl is if you cannot fap to her pictures.

Also, I cannot believe that there are so many people on a forum like this saying that one cannot have a crush on a cartoon character. Moreover, I cannot believe there are people on a comic books forum who think it is weird to be sexually attracted to comic book characters. There are hundreds of websites with cartoon characters porn (a simple google or yahoo! search will reveal them), and I'm not just talking about Asian hentai, but also Western comics with all the superheroines one can think of. There's a reason why they are drawn in those sexy outfits, you know. Those cosplay girls may be all sexy and real-life and şhit, but true geeks mostly fap to the comic- and animated-versions of Batgirl, Supergirl, Wonder Woman, Power Girl etc.

So let's say that you are reading a comic and, I dunno, Power Girl jumped out of the page in all her busty glory and was a life size three dimensional person standing in your bedroom completly naked with everything feeling, looking and working exactly as it should in the real world but was still "animated" looking (still in comic book colors etc)
