He played Firestorm in the first season of The Flash. He's also Chris Redfield in the new Resident Evil movie, and was in the live action Scooby Doo prequel films as Fred. He's actually Stephen Amell's cousin, if his name didn't give that away, and so he looks very similar -- just a bit slimmer.

I would cast the late great Robin williams as the voice of slapstick. Id shoot it similar to who framed Roger rabbit and do some trippy stuff with it. Id also cast cameron monaghan as nightmare in a future dr strange movie. Id cast ryan hurst as the sentry. Id cast the legendary ricardo montoban as the beyonder. Id cast dan akroyd as the voice of bug for guardians of the galaxy
