I just realized something.
Everyone's excited for SDCC cause they wanna see a trailer, and most people are talking about watching it bootlegged (thats the only way I know how to put it) but G4 is going to have live coverage of DC and Marvel's movie panels. I know what I'll be doing next sunday.

I'm going to make a prediction, I think we're gonna see Sinestro, Abin Sur and possibly the Guardians at ComicCon.

They better tell us who will be voicing the Guardians, Tomar, Kilowog, and Salaak.
As for predictions, I'm saying they'll show what you said, plus Parallax and hopefully better pictures of the ring and suit.

Oh, most definitely. That is cool concept art, and if tweaked a little it could have been better than the actual suit.

All right, so I've spent (literally) like the last 20 minutes going over every pixel of the cover, and this is what I found:


--Check out his left forearm, and his inside right bicep.
There is black there, similar to the shape in current comics. The black on the left forearm seems to smoothly transition (just like MPP had reported over at CBM) into a green glove.
Simply put, the colors blend into each other.

On that note, I think the costume bares more resemblance to the comics costume than we can tell, and surely SDCC will give us a better look.

Besides, do you really think they would put black in Sinestro's, Tomar's and Kilowog's costume's and not Hal's? The costume is a lot alike the concept art we've seen, and they include black.

Can't tell I love the costume.
I'm a big fan of the comicbook original, expecially when painted by Alex Ross.
This new.. thing is a bit a shock to me.
In it's defence I can tell it definitely looks alien and generated by the power of the Ring.
The mask looks like photoshopped at the last time, I hope it will be rendered better on screen.
Btw, I'll reserve a final judgement when watching the movie.

PS: looking at the previews, GL is going to kick ass both Thor and Cap's movies!
